When do you as a veterinarian refer to an animal physiotherapist?

1. When an animal with a problem with the locomotor apparatus shows unsufficient function recovery after pain medication.
2. When pain medication is out of the question due to medical reasons.
3. When you as an animal doctor expect that recovery (due to additional problems) should be quickened.
4. In case of bad wound healing.
5. When the owner believes advice or guidance is needed on how to cope with the animal’s complaint.
